A song Jean Ritchie brought to public attention. Also collected by Cecil Sharp and Maud Karpelles on September 20, 1917 from Hillard Smith in Hindman, KY (where many of the Ritchies attended the settlement school). Arranged for 2 mountain dulcimers.
